Completed Projects by Eles Building

Eles Building Services Ltd. has an extensive portfolio of works of all sizes and scopes: house extension, new build and more. Pictures of many of them illustrate our website, but if your type of project is not represented here, please contact us so we can provide you with details or arrange for a site visit, as appropriate. We also have many examples of the latest green construction techniques at many of our sites.

As you can see from some of our completed projects below, we accept a wide range of commissions. We’ve never turned down a project because it was ‘complicated’ or used unconventional materials or methods. In fact, we like a challenge! We have worked in basements, enclosed gardens and 45-degree pitch sites; we have even installed a water filtration plant 500m up a mountain in Glenlyon.

Not being afraid of a challenge means that we are constantly learning more about client specifications, green construction and environmentally friendly installations. Driven by our clients’ wishes, we have been installing under-floor heating systems for many years. We are now able to tie these systems into ground and air-sourced heat pumps to give clients considerable savings on the running costs of their environmentally friendly house. We also now supply and install PV solar-heating systems and can give free advice on the most economically and environmentally effective green construction techniques.

•    New build at East Dron Farm, Bridge of Earn (£400k)
This property was built from scratch, including the manufacture on site of the structural timber kit, all blockwork, a stone-built open fire and chimney. We have also completed the landworks (foundation drainage, paths, patios and driveway), the internal decoration and joinery finishings (including the manufacture of a bespoke staircase), and all plumbing and electrical works (including the fitting of the kitchen and bathrooms).
•    New build at Ladywell, Dunkeld (£300k)

This contract was for the supply and erection of timber structural kit, the supply and installation of cedar timber lining and the installation of under-floor heating and calcium sulphate flowing floor screed. It also included all landworks (including the construction of a mound soakaway and installation of a Bio-disc sewage treatment plant) and the installation of UV-filter systems and associated pumps to accommodate a privately sourced water supply. We are also responsible for the internal joinery finishings, full decoration of the finished home, and the plumbing and electrical installations.

•    Extension to house at Aberargie, Perth (£50k)
